Bikes, Frames, Wheels, Car Racks, Trainers, and anything that says Final Sale in the title – These are FINAL SALE items. We love to communicate. Please ask us any questions.
Making A Return/Exchange – We have a brand new customer return portal page. No need to ask us anymore! See link above. Return address below if needed. For exchanges include a note in the box or on the packing slip of what you want and we’ll send out upon arrival. Please do not put notes or packing slips within the product packaging.
On exchanges it is fastest to return your item for a refund and checkout for the exchange you want separately.
