New Items – You may return a new unused item back to us within 30 days.
Used Items – Used items may not be returned.
Defective/Broken Items – Please contact us via the communication methods listed below and we’ll get a replacement out to you asap.
Final Sale Items – Bikes, Frames, Wheels, Car Racks, Trainers, and anything that says (Open Box) in the title – These are FINAL SALE items. We love to communicate. Please ask us any questions.

Making A Return/Exchange – Please text our Returns Number (707) 285-9196 to approve your return and have a return label with RMA emailed to you. The return label we generate and email to you once approved is free.
Please note if the original order had a shipping charge that would not be refunded. Example: I bought a helmet that was 99$ plus 10$ in shipping. You would be refunded 99$.
Currently exchanges are being handled as refunds. If you are interested in an exchange. Please use the return system above for a refund and checkout for the new item you want separately. This will be far faster than waiting for an exchange to reship upon arrival with us.
Incorrect Shipment Received and/or Missing Items – If you received an incorrect order our definite apologies for the mishap. Please let us know via our web sales texting hotline and we’ll remedy quickly free of any charge. (707) 285-9196
